Dear Gary,

 

Post our meeting yesterday I had a conversation with Mike Keller (JAX Sales Guy) about American Foods Group and how they are getting the Magna-Plate 78 fluid.  Mike told me that they are a “House” account and purchase direct.  Mike also mentioned that his contact is the Third Shift maintenance guys, “Jim”.

 

I would like to have a conference with you and Mike, possibly Friday or one day next week to talk about getting you this account for both the equipment and fluid.  

I feel JAX and Xact would be best served through Transmotion.

 

Attached are the formal quotes for the two systems proposed:

 

1)       Seven DS series chains being lubricated by 14 pumps with brushes – complete with brackets and all.

2)       Three separate overhead slider chain lube points fed from a single NEMA 4X enclosure with “custom” brackets to be welded to overhead tracks.

 

I dropped the standard mark-up on the enclosures and the reservoir to keep us “competitive”.  I’ll work on my vendors such that I can make a profit on future sales for those items.

 

As requested, I will be able to visit Green Bay for the installation, which we can discuss after we receive the PO.
